| BREATHING THE AIR
All the characters that have been accepted will be moved here for reference, and to keep the application board uncluttered. The posts will not be locked, but it would be appreciated if you wouldn't just start up a conversation in a biography post. All that should be there is the biography, staff acceptance, and posts referring to corrections that need to be made.

| RECORDINGS
Keep a record of your character's items, pokemon, posts, etc. here if you wish to. It is prefer that you at least show their pokemon and items here, so that you don't get accused of not having such-and-such, but actually having it with just no record for us to check. One topic per player is the maximum, one post in said topic per character is preferred.

The records of the pokemon they might use, along with how many pokemon they use per battle, will be posted here. They will all have more pokemon than they need for one battle so that they aren't using the same pokemon all the time.

| REGION OF DERATA |
| BAYOU
The little town where many start off is humble, to say the least. There is a small, wooden cabin which is used as an inn, along with a few other houses, also made of wood. The lab is just one of those, at least on the outside. The actual laboratory is down a flight of steps and spreads under the whole area of the town, but few get to see this part of it, only the homey interior used as a living room and kitchen by the professor and her family.

| ROUTE 01
Your basic, everyday path to the next town. In this case, a conjuncture between Bayou and Ladon. It branches off into a dead end canyon, but this place, previously a great area to train in, has been cut off by an avalanche.

| LADON
Home to a powerplant which generates electricity for the region, Ladon is, for obvious reasons, quite technical. If someone buys a computer, there is a gurantee it was made here with the help of electric type pokemon. The first gym is found here, and the leader uses electrical and normal type pokemon to beat anyone who battles her, or at the very least attempt to do so.

| ROUTE 02
This route connects Ladon to Cimmerian, but there happens to be a small problem. The problem was fixed awhile back, when a cave entrance was discovered on both sides, and, with a little drilling help, the two dead ends were connected to give trainers and anyone else a way through.

| CIMMERIAN
A simple city, with one road leading straight through it, all building with their main door near it. A gym of dark and poison types resides along this single road, along with the occasional skyscraper and the only mall in the whole of the Derata region.

| ROUTE 03
Just your general connection between Cimmerian and Sylvan, Route 3 has many interesting tales and legends surrounding it. It is said, that if a full moon is seen at noon that a floating island will pass over top of this route, apearing out of nowhere and disappearing the same way. Few, if any, believe it, for obvious reasons. After all, the moon isn't out at 12:00... Is it?

| SYLVAN
Always filled with light, whether it be sunlight or various colors of candlelight, Sylvan is often the place to find the aristocratic of Derata. It is a place of elegance, but still has its curiostiies. Signs often float, and things are moved without anyone near them. This is a town of psychic and ghost types, so don't leave anything unatteneded. It may disappear.

| CHATEAU FOREST
The shadows of the forest envelope trainers as soon as they leave Sylvan's graceful presence. Filled with grass, bug and dark type pokemon, this forest is large and menacing to many. Rumor has it there are secret operation going on in here, but no one knows for certain. The Chateau Forest is just much too large to find the building. Many have gone missing, as well. Have they found hte building and been taken prisoner, or did they simply get lost? No one really knows, and those who can avoid the depths of the trees.

| ACARIA
Both the start to the underwater path and the shoreline of the sea are found near the town of Acaria. It's a known fishing town, but the fishermen use grass pokemon with vines more than fishing rods. The gym leader actually fishes also, and uses fighting, bug and grass type pokemon for her battles.

| SEA OF ALENA
No boats using any type of fuel that could pollute the water are allowed in the Sea, to preserve the view from the city under its surface. One can either traverse the passages built below, or surf over and dive down to the entrance.

| TERN
Based on the coastline of the Sea of Alena, Tern's sky and streets are often filled with bird pokemon, primarily wingull. The gym here is outside, just lines in the grass with the leader's home at one end.

| ROUTE 04
Bringing the best of the best from far and wide, not only is it a place of great training and practise, but the road that brings them one step closer to the final goal; That last badge, proving they are of the elite. However, to achieve this they first have to go through the seventh 'town' and climb the Road of Fire.

| VOIRE
Voire is less a city as it is a camp at the base of the volcano. Luckily, it's believed to be inactive enough to be safe, but still the few people who live in Voire are in constant worry. It's become nothing more than a pit stop, where trainers can rest before their climb up to the final city of Derata. One of the few permanent residents is a gym leader, who uses rock, ground and steel type pokemon. However, she isn't always there, as she doubles as a guide for tourists.

| ROAD OF FIRE
Hots springs and steam geysers line hte way up this path. The word up is used quite literally; The Road of Fire is walk up, and in some places through, the mountain, towards the great glass city of Enfer. Here's hoping you can handle hte altitude, else you'll never be counted amongst the elite.

| ENFER
The last stop on the way to becoming an elite trainer, Enfer is home to the last gym, a gym of fire and dragons. The city itself is set up high on the side of a volcano. There isa glass dome encasing it and fresh oxygen constantly pumped in to keep those living there breathing well. Few train to be able to the fly outside the dome, but many die trying to accomplish this task.
